Feeling very blessed . . . (Y2D329-30)

I have managed to get some sunset pictures but have actually not found the best place to take them. There are a lot of trees around here.

Yesterday we found out that David G and his wife and daughters were also in the same park on Lake Conroe. I took a golf cart ride by to say hello.
Laundry is still not conquered and it seems to multiply very quickly. Tony went golfing at a different golf course with John and his son. It is such a cool day he wore his gortex over his slacks because his back is so sensative to cold.
In the afternoon, Jack and I took a nap but I regretted it later because I woke up groggy. I also regrtted not having gotten down to the pool or piano.
Today was different.
After fixing corn beef hash, biscuits, gravy, and fried eggs for breakfast I decided to get the things done I omitted yesterday.
I donned my bathing suit, a sun dress, and gathered all my gear (hymnal, MacAir, iPad, knitting, a banana, bottle of water, towel) and hopped in the golf cart. The piano is still out of tune but I feel I am making a little progress on ease of fingering the hymns I have targeted as my beginning.
While there the MRI called about Mom's appointment and we set it up for this afternoon. Hopefully we can find out what is causing all this pain in her shoulder.
So after I finished practicing, it was off to the pool. I spotted CJ and the girls and relocated my things to be close to them. The girls were fascinated with the different balls that were in the pool . . . volleyball, basketball, and a small one I bought at McDonald Observatory with the planets and comets on it. I use it as a float when doing my laps since I forgot my flotation device in my car back in Dickinson.

We loitered in the sun a little longer than we should have and wound up with some pink shoulders.
Tony was invited to the pool but declined. Tomorrow is a new day.
